Creative-Woodworking specializes in offering high quality custom handcrafted Memorial Flag Display Cases, Display Cases, Shadow Boxes, and Encased Wooden Submarine Models.  We also make custom Shadow Boxes in the style and wood type of your choice. (All our products are made in the USA)

We are an authorized Dealer of Annin & Co. Flags.  Annin & Co. is the world's oldest and largest flag manufacturer. Starting from a sail loft in downtown New York City making signal flags for sailing ships in the 1820's, Annin became incorporated in 1847 and has grown to five manufacturing locations and worldwide distribution.

We are an authorized Dealer of Fine Chelsea Brass Clocks.  All Chelsea Clocks are shipped directly from the Factory in Chelsea, Massachusetts to you. 

Products

All items are beautifully handcrafted using select  Mahogany, Curley Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Maple, and Red Oak hardwoods naturally finished to preserve the beauty of the wood.  We personally select only premium lumber and materials to use in every item we offer.  Display cases have glass fronts and backs made of veneered plywood covered in a variety of felt colors or a fabric covered fome-cor insert for mounting memorabilia.  Submarine Models include a solid wooden plaque for mounting an engraved plate.  All Submarine items are finished in clear stain and high gloss polyurethane.  

Creative Woodworking will provide a full refund to the customer within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery of the item/item's if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations (custom made orders and Chelsea Clocks are excluded).  Items returned must be in original packaging and condition and returned postage paid.   

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.  If any item is received damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery by calling (985) 764-2680.  Our answering machine is on 24 hours a day for your convenience.  Since all orders are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company.

Chelsea Clocks and Creative Woodworking want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, please call Creative Woodworking within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund less shipping charges.  Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number, which is assigned at the factory.  Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.  To avoid a 15% restocking fee, please return your merchandise in it's original packaging, including all accessories and the owner's manual.

Personalized items are made to order and are not subject to return, warranty work only, so please order carefully.  If for any reason your item has been engraved improperly Chelsea will gladly re-engrave it at no cost.  Should the error be on the part of the consumer, a refinishing and engraving charge will apply.
