How safe is it to pay by credit card at Creative-Woodworking?
When our secure cart order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.  While on a secure page, such as our secure cart order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, as when you are just "surfing."  To learn more about SSL, follow this link:

Do you share my private information with anyone else?
No, At no time will we sell or broker any of the information we receive from you to third parties.  We will use it only for our own internal purposes and, when appropriate, to contact you directly.
 

SHOPPING QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are shipping to Louisiana (where Creative-Woodworking is located), you'll have to pay sales tax.  Otherwise, no.
 

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed 24 hours after point of sale.
I received the package but where is my receipt?
The confirming email you received after order placement can be used as an official receipt to redeem any warranties. 
How long will it take to receive the items I ordered?
UPS Ground shipping, which most items are shipped in the continental USA, typically delivers within 5-7 days.  USPS Priority Shipping, which all large display cases are shipped in the continental USA, typically delivers within 5-10 days.  APO/FPO address typically delivers within 10-21 days.
Can I have a product delivered to a PO Box?
Yes, this shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.  We can ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  International shipping is available, we will contact you with shipping charges prior to shipment.

RETURN POLICY QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?
Creative Woodworking will provide a full refund to the customer within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery of the item/item's if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations (custom made orders and Chelsea Clocks are excluded).  Items returned must be in original packaging and condition and returned postage paid.

Return Policy for Chelsea Clocks
Chelsea Clocks and Creative Woodworking want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, please call Creative Woodworking within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund less shipping charges.  Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number, which is assigned at the factory.  Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.  To avoid a 15% restocking fee, please return your merchandise in it's original packaging, including all accessories and the owner's manual.

Personalized items are made to order and are not subject to return, warranty work only, so please order carefully.  If for any reason your item has been engraved improperly Chelsea will gladly re-engrave it at no cost.  Should the error be on the part of the consumer, a refinishing and engraving charge will apply.
